If you are looking for an online programming subscription that is a bit more tailored to your needs than the basic programming that I offer via "Teams" on Train Heroic, we can discuss tweaks to the plan and make those edits in the app so that you can proceed training in the best way for your goals. This subscription requires booking a one-time online fitness consultation ($75) to gather background information, with the option to purchase additional check-ins if desired.
